“I’ve been with Kimbel since 2015, and in that time I have been given countless opportunities for growth, not only for myself, but also to help the company to grow. I enjoy the type of work we do, and the team we have built, but my biggest joy is watching my guys grow in their knowledge of the trade and showing them a clear cut path for their careers. To see a guy go from just a helper to being a licensed journeyman able to run jobs a lead crews is priceless, and shows me that we are all on the right path.”

“My family and I got an opportunity to move across the country to start a new life together. We landed in NWA with no actual employment secured. By fate my wife had been scrolling through some craigslist ads that Kimbel was hiring electricians. With no AR license yet. I just applied for an apprentice position. When I came aboard and started my first day. I learned that that was the first day of the electrical division. Was a bit shocked an extremely nervous. I felt compelled to stay and stick it out. I quickly was able to see how much the company had the employees back which really made me want to do well for the company. Watching new positions starting to open up and seeing the growth of new tradesmen fulfilling new roles and achieving goals is still what keeps me excited to keep coming to work for Kimbel.“

“I choose to work at Kimbel because of the morals and values we uphold and stand for. I feel like a member of a BIG family and I am beyond PROUD to get to call Kimbel home.”

“When I think of Kimbel I think of opportunity. Getting the chance to run a job consisting of a 200+ unit apartment complex with nothing but an unrelated college degree and a lot of support from the office has given me the opportunity to grow in not only the trades but personally and mentally.”
